The CHT sensor connector is the top white plug in attached image. If cleaning doesn't work you can
test - resistance somewhere in region of 2-4 Kilohms (maybe more out in
the cold) would be about right.

Old number 911-606-215-00 and replaced by 911-606-215-01. see below from Porsche official website.
Pictures are showing speed sensor with harness going through the grommet between the engine bay and outside where the sensor location.
The grommet contains 3 wire harness which are speed, reference and temperature sensors.
This is the tool I used to remove the grommet.
